  2. Nowadays, we human have been nourished well by caloric food, some of us even overnourished. From the point of my view, I think we are overnourishment .Because of the fast food that thrive in this world today, the average calories level of human on the earth today (except those from The Third World) has been sky-rocket to a whole new level than before.

Yes, obesity is definitely a human health problem today. The causes of obesity is ate more food and obtain more energy than our body can use; the unused energy then store under our epithelium tissue as fat, causing obese. Moreover, drinking too much alcohol can also cause obesity; alcohol is very high in calories, and it also can affect the way the body metabolises. Other factors such as eating high calorie snacks, little activity and smoking are also the main cause of obesity. On the other hand, obesity can cause diseases:

    I. Cardiovascular
    II. Endocrine
    III. Gastrointestinal
    IV. Erectile Dysfunction
    V. Integument (skin and appendages)
    VI. Musculoskeletal
    VII. Neurologic
    VIII. Respiratory
    IX. Psychological

Apositia, also known as anorexia nervosa, is a kind of eating disorder characterized by refusal to maintain a healthy body weight and an obsessive fear of gaining weight, someone who suffers from this illness is reluctant to eat. At most of the time, apositia can cause by biological factor such as disorder in parts of the brain, environmental factor such as teased by other about his/her figure, and factor that related to autism. It is absolutely a health problem of human; this disorder can subsequently lead to death. The most obvious health problem relevant to apositia is malnourishment, which lack nutrients in one body.

The health problem which related are gastric problems such as constipation, bloating, and a sensation of early fullness, Amenorrhea, metal problem such as depression, enlarged parotid salivary glands, hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar levels), hypothermia (low body temperature), kidney stones due to dehydration ,rough scaly skin.

A healthy diet is the most important aspect for us who wish to have a healthy lifestyle. It helps maintain or improve general health and also protect us from many chronic health risks such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and cancer. Eat plenty of high-fibre foods, limited intake of sugary foods, cut down on animal fat, keep portions moderate especially of high calories food and much more are some of the example to maintain the health diet.

  3. According to our opinion, people nowadays are both undernourishment and overnourishment. For example, developed countries like America, various kinds of food can be found around their premises, no matter it is protein source, carbohydrates, fats, and fibers. Besides, America is one of the countries that have the highest rate of obesity, as fast food is highly avilable. Besides, with the current biotechnology, mass production of food can be done easily by using tissue culture. Moreover the production of GM food has produce food with multiple essential nutrients in just one food. One example of GM food produced by advanced biotechnology is “Golden Rice”. The Golden Rice has increased nutritional value compared to the normal rice as it contains the beta-carotene (provitamin A). The beta carotene is normally absence in the rice grains. This Golden Rice can help counter the vitamin A deficiencies that usually cause blindness.

On the contrary, we can say that people nowadays are undernourishment is because as we can see what had happened in Africa. Food scarcity is a major problem to them and this also include clean water source. Children as well as adults suffer from various kinds of malnutrition for example Kwashiokor and marasmus.

Yes. Obesity and apositia is ofcourse a health problem. We say that obesity is a major health problem because it can lead to various kinds of chronic health diseases. This includes heart diseases, hypertension, diabetes, and also kidney failure. One of the main symptom of apositia refuse to eat, an excessive amount of weight loss, and have a feeling of being fat. This problem has to be solved fast if the patient is already diagnosed with his problem. This is because if the patient is still in puberty, especially young girls, organ damage will happen as they don’t have enough nutrients. This happens mostly in young girls as they are usually obsessed in getting lean .
Based on our opinion, a healthy diet is diet that based on the food pyramid. The diet must consist of wide range of mainly grain and vegetable as well as a consider amount of meat. The consumption of the vegetable will provide great range of vitamin and mineral to the body and consumption of grain will produce sufficient carbohydrate for the production of energy. Lastly, consumption of meat such fish and chicken, will provide the body multiple essential amino acid needed.

Nowadays, we humans are both undernourished as well as overnourished. It all depends on whether we have the resources or the means to obtain said nourishment. In developed countries, almost all the population is overnourished, save for those who are less fortunate. In less-developed countries however, most of the population is undernourished, even those who are rich because they don’t have the means to obtain the nourishment due to oppression by their political leaders. For example, in Somalia, most of the people are poor and even those who are rich cannot get proper food because the leaders take whatever little they have from them.
Also, food shortages can be caused by a lack of farming skills such as crop rotation, or by a lack of technology or resources needed for the higher yields found in modern agriculture, such as nitrogen fertilizers, pesticides and irrigation. As a result of widespread poverty, farmers cannot afford or governments cannot provide the technology. This could go on to lead to undernourishment due to the inability to obtain the food.
Besides that in today’s society, there are those who have an aversion toward food. Yes, it is the condition of anorexia nervosa and bulimia where individuals tend to avoid eating or purge themselves from whatever they have consumed in order to stay thin. However, in doing so, they are actually making themselves undernourished.
Obesity and apositia is prevalent in today's modern society. They are indeed a major health problem as statistics have reported a worrying trend of increasing fatalities as a result of these health problems. Among diseases caused by obesity are cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus type II, obstructive sleep apnea, certain types of cancer and osteoarthritis. As a result, obesity has been found to reduce life expectancy. An example of a condition caused by apositia is anorexia nervosa. A combination of biological, psychological and/or environmental abnormalities. has been said to be the cause of this condition. Diseases caused by apositia can vary according to its nature and severity. Among health problems caused by it are xerosis, scurvy, pellagra, brain atrophy, hypokalaemia, oedema, osteoporosis, amenorrhea and kidney failure.

It is important for us to consume a healthy diet as it lowers the risk of acquiring chronic health diseases. A healthy diet involves consuming a balanced meal and also drinking adequate amount of water. This includes the consumption of fat, proteins, and carbohydrate, roughage, vitamins and minerals in a balanced proportion. Fats, sugar and salt should be consumed sparingly whereas vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains and nuts should be eaten aplenty.

Overnutrition is frequent or habitual overconsumption of nutrients by eating too much food to the point that it becomes dangerous to your health. Undernutrition is the opposite of overnutrition, meaning that it is a nutrient deficiency from not eating enough food. Undernutrition usually affects the balance of all the nutrients in your body. Nowadays, there are now as many over nourished people as undernourished around the world. It points the finger at a dangerous mixture of increased calorie consumption, labour saving technology and the powerful marketing of fast food. As the number of over-nourished catches up the number of undernourished people in the world, we need to take a hard look at our modern diets.

Obesity is a health diseases, it means accumulation of excess fat on the body. Obesity is considered a chronic (long-term) disease. It has many serious long-term consequences for your health including diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and cancer. It may be caused by eating more food than our body can use, drinking too much alcohol, or not getting enough exercise.
Apositia also known as anorexia nervosa which is an eating disorder that makes people lose more weight than is considered healthy for their age and height. Persons with this disorder may have an intense fear of weight gain, even when they are underweight. They may diet or exercise too much, or use other methods to lose weight. The effect of apositia on human health is blotchy or yellow skin that is dry and covered with fine hair, confused or slow thinking, along with poor memory or judgment, depression, dry mouth, extreme sensitivity to cold (wearing several layers of clothing to stay warm), loss of bone strength and wasting away of muscle and loss of body fat.

The diseases or health problems caused by obesity and apositia
    (i) The health problems associated with obesity are numerous which including:
    • Heart disease and stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, gallbladder disease and gallstones, osteoarthritis, gout, breathing problems, such as sleep apnea (when a person stops breathing for a short time during sleep) and asthma.
(ii) There are several diseases and health problems caused by apostil which including:
    • Irregular heartbeat, cardiac arrest, Kidney damage, renal failure, Liver damage ,Loss of muscle mass, Osteoporosis, and dowager's hump , Destruction of teeth, rupture of esophagus, damage to lining of stomach; gastritis, gastric distress including bloat and distension ,Disruption of menstrual cycle, infertility ,Delayed growth and permanently stunted growth due to under-nutritio, weakened immune system
Anemia, malnutrition. Disruption of body's fluid/mineral balance (electrolyte imbalance, loss of potassium) Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), including shakiness, anxiety, and restlessness.

A healthy diet is also known as balance diet. Eating a balanced diet means choosing a wide variety of foods and drinks from all the food groups. It also means eating certain things in moderation, namely saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, refined sugar, salt and alcohol. The goal is to take in nutrients we need for health at the recommended levels. In order to achieve a balance diet, we must have a eating patterns that emphasize fruits, vegetables and whole grains, as well as low or no-fat dairy products, and lean animal proteins. Fish is recommended at least two times per week, beans, nuts and seeds are encouraged, and unsaturated fats are always the fats of choice - like olive oil. balanced diet must be planned based on personal calorie level.we want to get the most nutrients for the calories by choosing food with a high-nutrient density. Nutrient-dense foods provide substantial amounts of vitamins and minerals and relatively few calories, such as fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meat and fish, and whole grains and beans. Low-nutrient dense foods have few vitamins but lots of calories, such as candy bars, soda, donuts and onion rings.
